Not sure what the marines call a first sergeant, but in the AF, they can guide you in the right direction. Once the right people are on your side and make a few contacts with said company, things will go your way very quickly if the said company knows what's good for them. The government can do very bad things to companies who dick with military members. For instance, I got screwed around buy a transmission shop with a Dodge stealth I had. They claimed to have rebuilt my tranny, but did not. I contacted my First Sergeant and he contacted a "couple of people" and wouldn't ya know, That tranny shop had a brand new factory tranny to install within a weekend with complimentary upgrades. I don't know what was done on their part, but intimidation and promises of negative consequences were probably given and submission and ass kissing was a result. USE YOUR RESOURCES!
